Why Am I Still Receiving Daily Calls?

I turned my box in nearly a month ago, yet I'm still being called daily and threatened to be turned over to collections. Please remove my name and information (contact and otherwise) from your database.

Hi there! Thanks for visiting our Xfinity Forums for help with your equipment return status. You can send us a direct message to check, however I do want to let you know, that depending on where you returned your equipment may be the reason for delay in the system/billing. Either way let's check it out together. Please make sure to include your full name and address in the direct message. 

 

Direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
