Why am I still being billed after canceling internet service?

I am still being billed after I cancelled my service. I got multiple emails confirming my cancellation and even got physical mail confirming my cancellation but I am still being billed for a service period AFTER my cancellation date. This needs to be resolved.

Cancellation date was 7/18/23. Billed period is for 7/23/23-8/23/23. The period is AFTER my cancellation date!!

Hey, @user_57b106! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that you are still getting billing after you had already set up the cancellation. I would be frustrated as well if I got a bill after I canceled a service. However, from what it sounds like, you do have the cancellation set up and the system provided a 2-week period for you in case you change your mind about the cancellation but would still not bill you after 7/18. Just to make sure this is the case we would like to look further into this. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
