Why am I getting charged AFTER disconnecting my service?
I have payed my last xfinity monthly bill on 11/07/25. As far as I know, this means that I paid for a month in advance, i.e, until 12/07/25. I then cancelled my account with xfinity on 12/02/25. However, I still got sent a bill claiming that I owe over $100, even tho my monthly payment was only $35. How is that even possible?! I cannot anywhere find out what exactly has caused me to owe this much money all of a sudden. Has anyone else had a similar problem??
