Why am I being charged a monthly charge of $160?

So currently I have a monthly plan of $106. But for some reason, xfinity is adding a regular monthly charge of $160 on top of that. I already turned in all of my old modums. Why is it charging so much?

And also, There is a balance transfer of $60.94 that I already paid for, but it charging me again. 

If this is not resolving, then I am transfering to ATT.

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
