why $2 discount on autopay and paperless billing disappear from my recent bill? I'm not a business account but a residential account.

Is it an error to remove my $2 discount on monthly bill of a residential account?

user_j32b7p Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can make sure you're getting the proper discounts for enrolling in both paperless billing and autopay. We no longer offer the $2 discount for having a card on autopay, but you can receive a $10 discount by switching the card to a bank account. You can find instructions to manage your autopay settings here.

@XfinityEmilyB thanks. I saw another post at this forum that the account owner set up bank account for monthly payment but didn't get that $10 discount. So how soon it takes effect or it falls through a crack in your system?

Great question, user_j32b7p! The discount begins within 45 days of signing up.
