whom to contact about an account that I do not have

on 8/21/2025, my checking account with Bank of America was charged 228.49 with [Edit: PII].  I do not have cable or iternet services with xfinity.  No one at the store will help me and I dont' know what to do

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
