Who should pay $70 more a month for service?
I had an internet disconnection problem for almost a week. After the technician came to fix my service, my Xfinity bill went up by $70.
So, I contacted an agent.
Here was my conversation with the agent
You have got a better offer.
Agent (09:56 pm): After promotion roll of you were paying $220.86
Agent (09:56 pm): I have lowered your bill to $176.87
nullAgent (09:57 pm): Which includes all of the favorite channels and you will get 1000 mbps speed
Agent (09:57 pm): it will get lower more
Agent (09:57 pm): when we will remove the landline services.
Agent (09:57 pm): It will go to around $140
Agent (09:57 pm): How does that sound?
nullAgent (09:58 pm): Excellent!
Agent (09:59 pm): Let me prepare the order for you.
"However, I lost all my favorite channels except 10. I used to have over 125 popular channels. I also canceled my landline, but I was told I would have to pay $40 more if I wanted my favorite channels back. I have contacted customer service many times, but they keep telling me I should pay $189 if I want internet and the 125 popular channels.
Can you help me resolve this issue?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
