White computer screen when I try to change autopay method

I get a white screen when I try to change autopay method. Cleaned history/cache multiple times. I do not want to do this on my phone. Tried different days and different hours of the day.

user_qjgcw5 Hello, I am sorry you are having issues trying to change your autopay method. I am sure you reached out to the right place to have this resolved. You mentioned not wanting to use the phone to make the changes. What kind of device are you using?

I have same problem.

I use a PC with Windows 11 (which is awful, but that's another story). 

I use Microsoft Edge as my browser.

I could try another browser, but it took me over 10 minutes to even get to the page where I was SUPPOSED to be able to edit it (to change credit card info), & I am in no mood to repeat that an another browser.

Good afternoon @user_x6excs, and thank you for reaching out to our dedicated Forums team today, we are sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this issue and assure you that our team is here to help. We do recommend Google Chrome, I understand if after waiting 10-minutes to load the page you are not wanting to try again currently but when you have a moment are you able to try Chrome instead to see if the issue persists? Have you also tried clearing cache and cookies?
