WHERES MY REFUND
I was charged for the xfinity mobile care for over a year even after I canceled it I’m supposed to be getting a refund said my refund was sent. I need to know where the refund is going. When is it coming? It’s already been four days. My account also says refund reversed so what the heck is going on? I need to speak to someone. I’ve been calling every day about this and I haven’t gotten anywhere
