Wheres my Military Discount?

Military Discount is a farce ! I have been into the Brick and Mortar Comcast store 2x in the last 2 months asking for help to no avail. Im redirected to do at home. Your site either cant process something or its telling me to it's processed wait Todays it says it cant "record not found" Im going to d/c my service after  12 yrs of this nightmare with poor service and billing issues ..One cant even find the proper place to file a concern for help !  The store manager when I pressed him to help me out as I have never had any success reluctantly got to the page where it said it takes 12-16 weeks to process a virtual gift card and he started to laugh ! I I have tried all means and all methods for years to get my military discount to no avail ..You're very quick to let me know my next invoice however is waiting ! now over $220 for a 12 yr old tripple play basic plan ! Its time to Comcast for me to cancel your so called service ...I have plenty of screen shots id be happy to send you so you can figure out why your web site isnt MIlitary friendly and denies us the tru recognition your site says it offers but reallly doesnt ! It's just a big facade and always has been. We have never been able to get a discount even with an official Fed Goven State approved  DL that has my military status on it ! Its time for us to move to a provider that truly values our service and isnt going to continue to make me go through another war just to get a dam $180 gift card that takes 16 weeks to come virtually !
