Where's my ACP credit?
I believe it's been over 4 months now and credit is still not being applied. Last time I talked to Xfinity via "chat" (over 90 days from opening account) I was informed that I was approved and was on correct plan (this is after giving her all my ACP information again). I figured the last bill I got the credit just wasn't applied yet, but now I have another bill due and no credit. I can't afford to pay it again this month and go without food and gas like last month again.
Anyone else have this issue that has had it resolved?
