Where to submit formal complaint.
Where can I submit a formal complaint about Billing/customer service? Or talked to someone that can actually address my grievances, and not a live agent. Every time I talk to a live agent they lie to me. I can communicate vie text, or email. I do not have a voice right now.

@Gigiamaya Thanks for adding a post, and asking how to proceed. If its a general complaint or feedback, we welcome you to share it here. Our leadership/management teams review the posts and content our customers provide, and listen to the feedback. We can also help in a public setting, so others with an equal experience can follow the same resolutions. Just avoid posting personal info.
If its specific to your account or a specific employee, it may be best to share some of those details in private to keep things secure. If it belongs in a private setting, send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
