Where is my Refund!

I have called three times to have my services canceled and they want to give me  the run around. I was told earlier this month that $282 would be refunded back to my account in one week… where is my money! I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB ON THIS MATTER! You all are a horrible provider! Give me my money back!

Still no refund after I have not used your service in over a month! Awful customer service. Stealing money from the people.
