Where is my credit? [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

I had two charges for autopay failures even after I updated autopay in the system.

I was on the phone with the customer support 2 times for over two hours. The support promised credit, but I am not seeing it at all.

Where is my credit? Such a bad customer service.

user_cf8a45 Thanks for reaching out about your credit concern being applied to the account. To confirm were you told it would be applied within the last 2 days? It can take up to 48 hours to apply fully, but you wouldn't see the credit details until the billing of the next month. Most of the time when a credit is applied a customer will pay the full bill they got before we applied it, but the next billing would show the credit was applied, and that it forwarded to that bill given they would have over paid the previous due to the credit.
