Where is my callback? Horrible Customer Service at Xfinity Assistant
I spent over 30 minutes wasting my time to have corrections to over charges on my bill for new equipment I had installed. After explaining my dilemma, TWICE, I conveniently got "disconnected".
The second chat assistant promised my questions would be "escalated" and that I would receive a call back in 5-10 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago.
Now I've wasted over an hour with chat assistant who is supposed to be live, and nothing has been accomplished.
I'm being charged for additional tv equipment I don't have, and for voice service and equipment I don't use.
A phone call would have had this wrapped up in 10 minutes with a human with a voice and a brain.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
