Where is Billing Statement for Xfinity Now Service???

I don't see any billing statement for xfinity NOW internet service. Is comcast doing fraud??? They need to generate statement for the service that they are providing. By not generating statement, they are trying to fool the customers so that they won't know what they will get billed for in future as its forced to set on auto pay. This is illegal and must be reported!

Is there any plan to generate statements?

user_pbhjar Gotcha, unfortunately I don't have access to the NOW accounts. I could have walked you through the process of accessing them online, but it doesn't recognize your account. You will need to go on their site and use the chat assistant so they can locate your account.

Chat agents are useless and they say the same thing that no statement will be shown since it's prepaid account. Essentially Comcast is taking advantage by having monopoly so that they can charge increased cost without showing it to customers which is illegal and unethical business practice. Some of the customers already reported this in this forum but got no solution so far and Comcast has not addressed this concern at all.

@user_pbhjar . I understand your frustration with this, and we are very limited on our end when it comes to NOW services. Everything has to be done through the NOW support portal. Did you create a log in for your Xfinity NOW services? When you set everything up it should have asked if you wanted to use your existing Xfinity ID or create a new Xfinity ID?

Dude, you just need to tell everyone that Comcast doesn't generate bill for NOW internet service. Period.
