@user_06fbe7 The Regional Sports Fee is being reduced for those customers affected by the recent lineup changes. Your billing statements will detail that change, and you would have received an email describing the refund as well. Since this just went into effect 6 days ago, it may show up on your next statement depending on your bill date.
I also have not seen any credit given to reflect the change in Regional Sports fee on either of my 2025 statements. Funny how they are quick to remove the channels, yet slow to remove the charges. Frustrating!
I completely understand the frustrations, @user_mnlucl! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, with the change to the fees beginning 1/14/2025, have you had a new bill cycle since that date? It typically will appear within 1-2 cycles for the discounted fee for the recent changes.

Yes, I received the email, which is why I looked at my bill and hence the questions.
