where can I find the paperwork/link that says 5 year locked price?
A year ago I was locked in at $93 for 5 years and I don't know where to find the paperwork. All I have is a chat log. A year later, I was charged $140 instead of $93. After 2 hours on the phone I was able to get $120 for 5 years and all I can get is a screenshot from the app that says 5 years. Can I get a link to something that says it will stay the same price for 5 years this time? If I try to load the agreement link that said 120 months, it's gone.
I asked on the phone for a link to the contract and she said there isn't one, because it's just a "promise".

On your email order summary, it will show the 60-month locked in rate for the promotion, and the agreement should show on the account shortly as it does take time for the online account to update. When your new bill cycles, on the PDF statement will show the promotion details of the 60-month locked rate. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help!
