Where are the deals for Loyal Customers? over 20+ years. Only deals for NEW customers.

Why aren't there loyalty discounts for long-term members? It seems like all the deals are geared towards new customers, but there should be discounts based on how long someone has been a customer—like 5-year, 10-year, or 20-year discounts. Long-term customers deserve better deals for their continued loyalty.

I've noticed that I never seem to get any good offers, despite speaking with seven different customer service representatives who all quote different prices. Meanwhile, my coworkers are getting great deals, like 500 Mbps for $45 or 1000 Mbps for $75. I don't understand why I'm not getting the same consideration. Where is the customer appreciation?

This is the first time I've hesitated to recommend Comcast. In the past, I've always recommended you without hesitation, but now I'm telling people to try AT&T Fiber or wishing them luck in getting a good deal with Comcast.

For example, I'm currently paying $105 for 1200 Mbps, while new customers can get the same speed for $75. I've just signed a new contract, but I still have 30 days to cancel or make changes. Can someone help me secure a better deal? I’d like to speak with someone who truly values loyal customers.

Hoping for Change.

XfinityLinda,

Thank you for your response, though it didn’t quite address my concerns. It seems that the only way to receive a discount is by signing up as a new customer, which is quite disappointing. As a loyal Comcast customer for many years, it’s disheartening to feel that long-term loyalty isn’t valued.

I sincerely hope to find a resolution that acknowledges the commitment of longstanding customers. If Comcast doesn’t prioritize its loyal customers, I may have to explore other options as soon as they become available in my area.

Best regards,

Dino
