When will I receive my refund
I cancelled my service May 23,2022. So I should have only been charged for no more than 8 day's of my service which started May 16,2022. I tried to check the other day and said I have no account. My address was [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I even gave my forwarding address when I set up my cancellation. I want to know when to expect my refund. @user_62e609 Hello and thank you for creating a post on our Xfinity Community Forums. For your protection, your personal information was edited out of the public post. I'm sorry to hear that we had lost your business but I'd be happy to help with your questions! A refund will first try to automatically process back to the last debit/credit card that was used and is usually refunded within 30 days of the disconnection.
Since the account has been cancelled, the login credentials would have also been removed, which is why you were unable to sign in again. No worries there though, a final statement will also post and be mailed to you at the suggested forwarding address you've provided to show the account's closure, and if a check needs to be mailed for the refund, it would go to the same address as well.
