What to do when Xfinity support can't solve a problem?

I've had a problem with Xfinity billing since August of 2025. Not 2026, 2025.     I cancelled Peacock Premium Plus back then, but it never sticks.  I have had hour-long sessions at least 6 times with even more customer service reps.  They all say they will fix this and they are able to fix it.   It's been escalated.   They have said they did it and eventually (after a year of painful sessions) issued a refund.    I had to turn off autopay to stop paying this extra bill every month.   Last month they said they had finally gotten it.

And now I just got the new bill.   And guess what's on it?  Yup, the new high rate for Peacock Premium Plus.    I could contact customer support again, but what's the point, other than to waste a lot of my time and theirs.  There is no way for me to cancel it with the web interfaces for both Peacock and Xfinity.  There is no way for the support agents to cancel it.  There is no way for the escalated support agents to cancel it.  They all fail.

Is there any other path left?  Particularly a path that won't waste a lot of my time.  I don't watch Peacock and get it free (with ads) with my internet service anyway.

Comcast tries hard to not let you email, it's even hard to text chat.  There seems to be no way to resolve this.   Turning off autopay and paying the real bill doesn't work, it just gets their system upset and adds a surcharge for not having autopay.

Good evening b_t I can assure you this is not the experience we want for you. I would be more than happy to look into this, and to assist you further. I will need some additional information.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
