As you'll see there, when mailing a physical payment, we ask that you use the insert which comes with your paper statement (if you still receive paper bills). The address will be there, on the insert! Otherwise, there are many ways for you to conveniently make a payment without having to mail it in. I recommend simply logging in to My Account and paying online (I use this feature every month, and it's super easy!) Or you have the following options as well: say, "Pay my bill" into your Xfinity Voice Remote, call 1-800-XFINITY, visit an Xfinity Store to use one of our self-service kiosks, or visit a Western Union Quick Collect location to pay by money order.
