What is a loyalty discount credit and can i keep the same rate when my 12 months contract ends?
Hi!
My contract ends this month and I received a notification on the xfinity app that I get a "Loyalty Discount" credit applied to my next 12 months after my current promotion ends. Does it mean that I get to keep the same rate? And also do I have to pay to continue using the xfinity modem?
