what happen to the discount for my internet service

Hello,

I had a 35.00 discount on my internet bill.  What happen to my discount the my children school?

user_8bqsgx Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us for help with the discount that is no longer appearing on the account. My team is the best when it comes to figuring out billing issues along with many other questions. I'm sorry that you were not aware of the upcoming change. 
With a $35.00 monthly credit it seems like it may have been a promotion, or it was a loyalty credit that was being applied to the account after a previous promotion ended. 
If you look at your statement, page 3 should reflect the changes and show what the discount was for (promotion or loyalty credit) and when it would be ended. Are you able to check page 3 to see if it offers any details?

The discount for internet service through the kids school.  I will contact to school board to see if the are funds available for the internet services.

user_8bqsgx OK, if the discount is something provided from the school they would be the best contact. However, if there are no longer funds, you may want to check out our internet essentials program. There are a few requirements to join the program, but you can easily apply online. This program has offered so many customers a way to have an affordable internet connection at home. Please let me know if the schools response and if there is anything else that I can help you with for the account or service.
