What do I do about an unauthorized charge on my account?

Today I realized that my Xfinity bill has included charges for a Disney+ subscription for months that I never signed up for. My Xfinity account page tells me I have to go through Disney+ to manage that subscription, which I can’t do because I don’t have any login info on that account.

I tried using Xfinity’s live chat support, and the guy told me he would remove the subscription, but it’s still on there and I want to know where it came from too. Instead of giving me a straight answer, he kept offering me promotional deals on how to lower my monthly payment. And calling the customer service phone number does nothing; I either get caught in an endless loop of prompts or redirected to the live chat feature.

I’m so frustrated that I’m about ready to cancel my entire service over this. I’m not going to waste my hard-earned money on some lowlife’s entertainment because Xfinity doesn’t have a solid support system. How can I possibly get through to them?

user_8tuwjb Thank you so much for stopping in for help with this Disney+ subscription. Subscriptions for 3rd party applications like Disney+ can be linked to your Xfinity bill using the Primary Xfinity ID when logging into an app on one of our TV box options. Only the Primary Xfinity ID would allow the billing to be linked. The email address used for your Primary login would be the first place I would recommend to start to see if you are able to login there is a forgot password option you should be able to use.
