Western Union Bill Pay

Hello, I paid my bill through Western Union a few days ago, and was told that it should be posted same day, if not the next. It still is yet to be posted, is there something I am yet to do on my end? Or how can I check the progress of this? If I would have known it would not have been same day, I would have gone into a store the next day, but unfortunately did not.
