Weird charges on account
I recently moved out of my old address and canceled my Xfinity service since I'll be out of the country for the next 8 months. It seemed like the cancellation had gone through and everything was fine, but today I received a bill of nearly $100 supposedly for internet and equipment, seemingly connected to my former address. At first, I though maybe the new people living in my old house had accidentally connected their service to my account, but I contacted them and they believe they are paying separately.
At the moment, I am out of the country and do not have access to a United States phone number, so I have no way to contact Xfinity customer service. I am being charged for services I did not purchase and do not have access to, and I have no way to cancel since I do not have the equipment that I am supposed to have, nor do I have access to an Xfinity store or customer service line.
Who can I contact to cancel this service and void the bill? I cannot afford to be charged nearly $100 per month for services and equipment I am not using and do not need.

user_lfn926 our team can take a closer look at the closed account and get you all the information you need about the bill. If there is an issue, we will take the right steps to resolve everything. Just send us a direct message when you have a moment. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

Thanks again for spending some time with my team to help get this corrected. it looks like the disconnect order was pending, which caused some issues that my team could help to fix. Please feel free to create a new post if you have any other questions in the future.
