Website won't let me pay my bill!!!!

I've been trying all morning to pay my bill and it won't let me. I NEED TO PAY THIS!

While our team can't take payments, we would love to help you troubleshoot any issues with the app or website to make that payment. Can you share a little more detail about what is happening when you attempt to make your payment? It sounds like you've been trying to use our website, have you tried using the Xfinity app to make that payment?

user_nufti9 you can always give us a call at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489). You will need to follow the prompts to speak with a specialist. Have you tried making a payment from the Xfinity app?
