Website problems, can't pay bill

geez good thing they extended my bill pay until the 10th, because im trying to pay my bill and earlier i couldn't even access the bill page, now when i can, it keeps asking me to verify to send to my cell phone or email, tried both and it keeps redirecting back to the same page. 

I tried different browsers there's clearly something wrong with the website billing section, please fix ASAP. I can't pay my bill its messing up my money situation.

@Quadro Are you able to try incognito https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/private-browsing and do not check to keep you logged in on the website? I have had success with other customers doing these steps.
