Website Payment FAILED, SUCCESSFULLY ??
I submitted payment this morning and received an ERROR
"Refresh" was useless, did absolutely nothing..
Having read about the multitude of issues in Billing at Xfinity -- I chose to sign out, close my browser, reopen the site and check my Balance..
VOILA~! I have confirmed that (they say, Presently) my bill is Paid~
This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE~~!
