Website is slow![Edited]

Is xfinity ever going to fix their slow website that doesn't work half of the time? I can't even pay my bill. For an ISP, the website really [Edited: "Profanity"]. I used the chat bot to pay it I think. Says I'll get a confirmation message in my email. Haven't received one yet.

Hello @user_c6y011 Sorry to hear about the issues with the website. Were you getting any errors when trying to pay online? Whenever customers run into payment issues online we recommend trying a different browser and clearing your cache and cookies to try again. This will typically help resolve website problems.
