Website Awful

I could vibe code a better website in an afternoon. The fact that account-facing aspects of the website are terrible and laggy (such as accessing billing) but other parts are smooth when browsing for upgrading services tells me this is all intentional. Fix your website. Fire your engineers, your product managers, your quality assurance team because it's clear none of them are doing a very good job. It's garbage and frustrating and beyond making me not want to log in, it makes me not want to use xfinity when there are other services that are worth the price increase.  I don't care about "platinum member perks" I care about basic website usability you absolute ding dongs. Even the form to submit this complain is based on a broken page lmao.
