Watches deceptive business practices

I started a chat to adjust my TV and internet plan 

to be on the chat for over an hour to be sold a watch I didn’t need. I was told it was all free including no additional lines added.

that all was a lie and I have it in writing.

i tried to cancel 30 minutes later to be told you can’t it shipped.

we all know it didn’t ship.

all your customer service does is run you in circles.

i have started a complaint with the FCC, if this is not resolved asap i will send my complaint in.
