Was literally forced to make Xfinity Mobile line in order to start internet, was told it was free, and now I'm being charged ~$60 for it

Hello,

I recently moved to a new apartment and had Xfinity install their internet in my place. I did not want a mobile line, but I was pretty much told I HAD to set it up by an agent in chat in order for me to activate my internet. I was assured it would be $0 a month. Well, I looked at my bill for this month, and it's a whooping $62.78 (that isn't including the WiFi service, which is also roughly $10 more a month than I was promised). I need this resolved immediately, please. I can barely afford weekly groceries at my current earning level, let alone with a "surprise" monthly charge of $60. Even if the solution requires that my mobile line be fully cancelled, I genuinely don't care. I didn't plan to use it anyway.

Thank you
