Was entered into a 5 year contract i never agreed to

I was told by a member of corporate office that I was ina 5 year contract. First he said I signed through text message I can prove i did not then was told I agreed in email. I also can prove I did not then was told I agreed over te phone again I did not and that is not legal anyway. My bill was also raised when they did this I tried contacting the number corporate gave me and it is no longer in service. I was also taken off of auto pay but money was still coming out in auto pay. On time but charged late fees was being charged for equipment I never had

Our newest 5-year price plans do not include agreements (contracts), and typically just "lock" in the base rate for you for the following 5 years.
