Was charged after cancellation!

I returned my router to one of their locations in GA in July 17, and canceled my service. I even asked their agent whether there are any remaining fees pr bills to pay and he said no. I used to pay &56/month. Yesterday, I was charged $71 despite cancellation and having no active plan!

How can that be possible to charge me an extra fee after cancellation?

Did you check the date on the billing statement?

Were you in a contract at the time you cancelled your service?
