Want to lower bill after promo ended

Hi, I cannot find the DMs to send a message to support and I don't want to go through the maze of a phone tree to get support. My bill almost doubled, which I refuse to pay. Maybe someone else has faster, cheaper internet...

@XfinityRaul​ This helped me get to messaging, thanks Raul. 

xFinity needs to be charged with monopolistic activities and offering low costs at first, then jacking up prices once the customer is comfortable. Fiber optic is just now coming into my area, and xFinity has far too long been in control. Consider my service ended.
