Waiting on refund

I’ve been going back an forth with agents on the phone for about 2-3 months regarding my refund. So far I’ve gotten no help a just more problems an I never get a chance to talk to a supervisor an it kinda seems like they just want to take my money. I’m thinking about contacting a lawyer to see if what they’re doing to me is even legal.

I share your pain. I have spoken to five or six AI chat bots, all promising me that it should be taken care of in five or six business days. Nothing happened. I spoke to an actual human today and was on the phone for an hour before he told me I had to go to an actual Xfinity store. When I got to the store, the clerk said they can’t help me. You need I had to wait to call the customer service helpline. [Edited: "Language"] way to do business.
