Voice pin fraud??
I'm trying to take a look at my billing info but I keep getting blocked by a voice pin. Never have I set this thing and when I select to recieve a call for it so i can set a new one (thinking its a default) a random number belonging to nobody I know recieves the call!? I need to fix this ASAP. My bill has come back different a few times and I want to see why!

Thank you for reaching out to us @MastaBubblz! There are a few ways to request a new PIN. We have this really awesome article with steps on how to request a new Security Pin.
Have you tried the email or direct mail options?
While we are unable to assist with the security PIN, we can definitely take a further look at your bill. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
