Visa Prepaid BYOD Gift Card

Hi, my $100 VISA BYOD card was lost in the mail and we eventually retrieved it right before it expired at the end of December when it was set to expire and we never got a chance to use it in time.  The phone numbers for the company listed on Xfinity Incentive Tracker are not defunct and redirected to some scammer trying to get you to sign up for medical alert devices.  The phone numbers I have are 1-800-526-3268 and [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Please advise as to who is administering these gift cards and can supply a replacement.  Thank you.

@user_dl112 thank you for visiting our Xfinity Community Forums for help with your gift card. Prepaid cards expire 180 days from the date they are issued. Since your card has expired we can submit a request for a replacement here. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started. 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
