Virtual prepaid Mastercard reward?

Yes, based on the information provided, that would not be a valid gift card offer and considered a scam. Just to make sure, did you recently sign up for any new plans/promotions that included a Gift Card?

I received an email from:

[Edited: "Personal Information]

for a virtual prepaid Mastercard, which I was expecting for my military service. However, I cannot activate it using the code and this web site: https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/redeem?ecode (removed code). What should I do?

user_8ed5aa Can you send us a direct message with the email you got from us with the offer please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
