Virtual prepaid Mastercard link not working

I received my $200 Virtual prepaid Mastercard link; however, the link does not work.

I am sorry to hear you link is not working @user_mee3bv Have you tried to clear cookies and cache or used incognito mode when opening the link?

First I got this: 

This site can’t be reached

+xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
If I copy the address and paste it to the browser, it treats the link as a search
