Virtual Prepaid Card

Yesterday, I discovered that I was sent the email regarding the Virtual Prepaid Card on 09 December 2024, but it was categorized as spam. I followed the instructions and successfully activated it, and it is loaded with the 6-month bill amount equivalent. But, it seems to be valid through June 2025, so I am not sure whether the entire amount will be redeemed. Is there some way to extend the validity of the card?

If you have any questions or concerns about the details provided, please send a direct message with your concern along with your full name and address. Thank you! 
 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
