virtual prepaid card for veterans

Read something about  an Xfinity $180 virtual prepaid card for veterans.  Perhaps I'm being dense, but what can we use it for?  For example, if we want to watch a program on an app that we don't have, can we use the card to pay for that on our Xfinity bill?  Does it have an expiration date, or is it valid until we've used up the $180?  Thanks.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

rufus97 We appreciate your service, and you can use this link https://military.xfinity.com/#/welcome to sign up for those veteran benefits. Here is an additional link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/military-service-offers that will go over the veteran benefits.

Golfrocks999 you can learn about our Military Benefits by using that hyperlink, but our prepaid cards can be used wherever accepted.

user_99ler0 thank you for reaching out today, the best way to check if an email is legitimate would be reviewing the sender. Often times phishing attempts will appear to be from Xfinity but have a false address listed.
