Hello user_2ev92b! Thanks for reaching out to us for help with the prepaid card. I'm sorry that the link is not working. I would be happy to help make sure you are able to redeem the card.

If the card was received from a promotion, the email would have been from yourcard@incentivetracker.xfinity.com

Is there a code that's in the email? I am showing our prepaid center (https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/home) you can enter a card number or a code. Does this link help with accessing the site?

the email you say my notification should be from (yourcard@incentivetracker.xfinity.com) is NOT the one it is actually from (Xfinity <yourcard@hawkmarketplace.com>)

Why is that ??

user_2ev92b, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. Based on the information you've provided, the email address yourcard@hawkmarketplace.com does not appear to match the standard sender used for Xfinity prepaid card notifications, which is typically yourcard@incentivetracker.xfinity.com. Additionally, if you're receiving a "site can't be reached" error when attempting to access xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com, please double-check the URL for any typos and try entering it directly into your browser. If you're still unable to access your prepaid card after verifying the URL, we recommend contacting the Xfinity Promotion Center at 1-833-269-9036 for further assistance. They can help verify the status of the card and confirm whether the email you received is legitimate. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We're happy to help.
