Viewing old bills

I need to view some of my old bills from 2016-2019. The website doesn't go back that far. How can I do that?

Hello, there @SLBNYC thank you so much for your post for help with getting access to the older bills. The online Xfinity My Account is a great place to help manage your bills but we do have limited space so after 18 months the older bills are archived. If you can send over a private message with your name and the address for your account I would be happy to see what options we have to help get you what you need! 

If you could send our team a private message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you!

Great question! Xfinity Support is always best to make sure you are not waiting around on anyone of us when there are digital care specialists available to help!

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: • Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send your message

Were you ever able to get copies of old bills? I chatted online and via phone with people and they were not able to help.

@user_72dfc5​ To be honest, I don't remember. Sorry. This was part of needing info for filing some overdue taxes, and once I was done with it I put it out of my mind!
