View internet-only charges for my bill
I can submit my internet bill to my employer for reimbursement since I work from home, but my bill only shows the combined TV + internet charge. How do I get a breakdown so I can submit the internet costs to my employer?

Hey there @shelbell78! Thanks for reaching out to us on forums. =] Unfortunately, if your services are bundled, we don't have to way to break down the individual charges for the services on the bill. The price is for the bundle of the services (as the services a la carte are priced differently).
As employees, we have access to view the charges per service within the bundle itself, and we can advise you of those charges, though I'm not entirely sure what specific information your employer would require. If you send me a private message, I can advise what those breakdowns are for your specific account.
To send me a private message, click on "ComcastBrie" and then click send a message. Please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address.

Comcast doesn't provide the prices of the components of a service bundle. They take the position that it's up to you to determine that breakdown. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/employer-reimbursement for their policy and an example that may help.
