view bills from prior address

Hello.

I'm posting this question because the direct message icon won't appear until I submit my first post. If anyone knows how to view statements from a prior address that is linked but inactive, I would appreciate it.

user_84a4ad how long ago was the previous account closed? We may need to work in a direct message if it's been too long since the account closed. If you are logged in as the primary account holder you should be able to see bills from inactive or active accounts.

I can see the old account but there is no button for me to access statements from that account. The account was closed in August 2023.

It shows the account number, an "inactive" status, and "unlink account".

How is it that there are hundreds of these same threads, yet there is never a resolution. I have the exact same problem as the original poster. Spoken to multiple agents and there is no resolution. Just the same run around.

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.
