Very happy with the explanation of my bill

Yesterday I received an email about my upcoming bill. I had a few questions about the amount, so I clicked the “View Bill Details” link. The page that came up was very clean and simple, yet it explained everything precisely and clearly.  It was easy to click on each item and see more detailed explanations. It had a chart that explained the increase in the bill this month, and what my normal bill will be going forward. It even showed exactly when my current plans and promotions will expire. I very much appreciate this, and all the effort that went into making it so clear and easy to use. Please pass along my thanks to the team behind this.

 

Also, I know that in the past, Comcast had a reputation for poor customer service. I can see that you are putting in a lot of effort to correct that, and I appreciate it. For quite a while now, my internet service had been very reliable, and all my customer support experiences have been very good. You probably don't hear this very often, but you need to. Thank you.
