Very angry customer
I paid my bill on the 7th of this month, I was just chatting with a Xfinity agent that' had me all confused. I was told we get the 159.99 package, plus 2 modems 14 x 2, plus activation 7.50 x 2.... ok keep this in mind. Plus taxes and mysterious fees. Well my monthly bill is 256.00. Now why???? Plus my current bill is supposed to be a little over 200.00. Monthly. Then the agent would not answer why there is a 10.00 late fee. Finally he did, he said there was a late fee for 1/26 /21. Ummmm its 1/20 /21 today... so he waived the 10 dollar late fee. I'm sooooooo fed up with my bill going up ridiculously every month. I'm ready to get another company for wifi, and tv. No one should have to pay 256 dollars when I'm getting the 159.99 triple play package . My bill should be under 200 dollars a month and stay that way. I'm soooo disgusted with this company over charging me and a million other people. Late fees for the 26th of January and its currently the20th. Of January....How can a company charge late fees when my bill isn't late. ??? I'm sooo mad right now, I'm getting charged over 100 dollars more for what???

What does your bill say about the late charge? Does it show a date? What is the due date on your bill? And what is the date on your billing statement?

In my area the company raised the "broadcast TV fee" to $17.50 a month. Plus they charge $10.50 a month for a "regional sports fee" and another $5 almost for a franchise fee. Plus they seem to charge for each TV box now (first one used to be FREE), at $7.50 every month. It went up from $5 last month.
Then there's sales tax, which is usually ANOTHER separate amount. Plus if you signed up for the unlimited data for your internet connection in areas with a rate cap then that's ANOTHER $30 fee that's separate from your $159.99 bundle/promotion price.
It adds up....fast.

2 modems? Not only is that $28/month, but in many locations, I think having a second modem is pretty much equivalent to having a second internet account. I'd try to get down to one modem that I owned. Depending on how much TV you watch, you might consider streaming.
